Batta has been a real estate brokers since 1978 and general contractor since 1982. He served as past president of Los Angeles County Board of Realtors and dedicates time to serve our community via non-profit sponsorship such as Habitat for Humanity, Steer'd Up, and was a past board member of Life Without Limbs. Batta is passionate about his brokerage and runs a very successful and productive team!
Natalie Likavec, Realtor®
Natalie is a 2nd generation realtor, who began her real estate career as a little girl. She would spend many days working at her father’s office helping his agents. Right after high school she obtained her license and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She is also a licensed general contractor since 2005 and enjoys being a renovation coach. Natalie also serves as a Notary Public assisting many of her clients with their notary needs. Some of her specialties include residential listings, purchases, leases, investments, 1031 exchanges, land acquisitions, and she is a certified HAFA short sale specialist. She is also an active member of Women's Council of Realtor's and served as past secretary/treasurer. Natalie loves to spend time with her husband and three children. Cooking, art, gardening, traveling, and of course camping in the great outdoors are just some of the activities that Natalie likes to do when away from work. She also loves music. Playing the piano and exhorting some energy on the drums are past times for her. She devotes time each week to assist in her children's schools.

Lara's passions include family, travel, culinary arts, architectures, interior design, old books, antiquing, networking, community service, songwriting & singing. She is the mother of three beautiful girls of which two are twins. Lara enjoys serving others and witnessing the joy of putting people in to homes. She is and active member of Women's Council or Realtors and served as past president. Lara has served on the city of Palmdale Rent Review Board since 2006. Lara' is a 2nd generation realtor. Some of her specialties include Renovation Coaching, Residential listings, purchases, leases, investments, 1031 exchanges, land acquisitions, and she is a certified HAFA short sale specialist.
Dario Vujicic, Realtor®
Dario was born and raised in the Conejo Valley and is a 2nd generation realtor. He enjoys spending time in the nearby hills and mountains, hiking and mountain biking. The rest and peace he finds in nature allows him to better serve his clients with a creative, clear and precise mindset. Dario is a real numbers guy and has a sharp eye for investment properties. His clients appreciate his dedication, experience and easy going demeanor. With a deep passion for real estate, knowledge in construction, and a motivated mindset, he is a great asset to his clients and Prime Realty.
Elena Radosavcev, Realtor®
As a native to the Conejo Valley and 2nd generation realtor, Elena has an intimate knowledge of the area. She believes the Conejo Valley is one of the best places to live and invest in! Elena treasures spending time with her husband and their five children. She is an animal lover and feels fortunate to be raising her kids on their "mini farm." Elena volunteers weekly at her children's school. She also dedicates time to AYSO, Woman’s Council of Realtors, Life without Limbs, and an equestrian non profit, Leaders by H.E.A.R.T. Elena holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from CSUN. Her positive attitude, good work ethic, and experience allow her to carry out all transactions seamlessly. “We tried to sell our house by owner. Lara and Natalie drove by the house saw the sign and contacted us. We have known and respected their family for many years, but never had any real estate dealing with them. They reviewed all the options with us, including sell by owner. We decided to list the house with them. The house needed some repairs and upgrades. Lara and Natalie took upon themselves to take care of all the work needed, including looking for appliances. They were there EVERY day. The staging was remarkable. When they were done, we couldn’t recognize the house. Within two, three days we had three offers at above the asking price. “Your realtor is a big part of your life when your buying or selling. Elena did the most amazing job of selling our home. It was not an easy process! We had difficult buyers, and a few offers were retracted, leaving us uncertain about the outcome. But if there wasn’t an offer on the house Elena was on the phone networking with people and past visitors, calling other realtors and spreading the word through social media. She always produced a stream of interest, and ultimately landed us an offer well above what we expected. There were many times she went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped me prepare for photos and even brought some things to spruce up the look of the place. Our home was contractually very difficult to sell, but she was educated and pulled it off. The buyers agent was very lackadaisical about his end of the process. She held him accountable to get his end completed on time. Like a bulldog, she called him constantly to make sure he was doing his job so our escrow wouldn’t be delayed. I don’t think another agent would have succeeded through all the hardships that came our way. It was such an emotional time for us as sellers, and Elena helped us though understanding everything and being at peace with our journey. When the process was done, we looked back and saw that the whole time our journey had been blessed. We are very thankful to Elena for being a part of it, never giving up, and seeing the long process through to a successful end.
But that was her when we were selling. I cannot believe the outcome we had when we were buying! Elena was our representative for finding us a new home, and she did it! She taught us what we needed to do to get our offer accepted over others (and they always were.) We ended up retracing our offer on one home when it went into inspection, and I am grateful for her wisdom in that time. We kept going until we found a house that had missed our radars previously, because it was out of our price point. The house was truly perfect for us and everything we ever waned, so she encouraged us to just try and put in an offer that we could afford, even though it was lower. Through negotiations we met at a price and went into contract. Then the listing agent got mean. I assume because she didn’t like the lower price. Elena was strong for us and helped us understand how to deal with the other agent throughout inspection. The price got even lower for us in inspection. We landed the house of our dreams at an unbelievable price! On both ends of the spectrum, we had the most amazing realtor on our side, and it showed in the outcomes.”
